The location of the hotel was comfy and unbeatable - not too far away from a lakefront park. The staff were attentive and very amiable, a real pleasure to deal with. I really enjoyed the room with king bed, the bed was amazing.

We loved the free shuttle to the beach and had a blast at Mainland Adventure Park, trying the zip lines and climbing wall. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the kids-eat-free deal made dining easy. Perfect place for a group getaway!
One downside was a bit of subpar service when we asked for coffee in the morning. The front desk seemed overwhelmed and didn't follow through.

The spacious King Room provided an excellent king bed with high-quality bedding and a double shower that was a nice touch. The check-in experience was frustrating. The initial room was dirty and caused significant discomfort, especially given the visible stains. Despite a lovely pool and a well-stocked lobby snack shop, the service lacked attentiveness during our waiting for a new room, which overshadowed the positives.
